About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Reach out to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer queries, provide information, and resolve customer concerns over the phone.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales or service requests.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Work with the sales/marketing team to achieve overall business goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and offers to provide accurate details.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and telecalling scripts.
