About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making outbound calls to customers to confirm COD orders and verify shipping/address details
2. Updating order status, confirmation notes, and customer responses in Excel/Google Sheets
3. Handling basic customer queries regarding delivery, product details, and order status
4. Ensuring high accuracy and professionalism during customer interactions
5. Maintaining a daily call sheet and reporting completion of tasks.
6. Coordinating with the operations team for order processing and follow-ups
