About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Shiplee, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your English proficiency and effective communication skills while supporting our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Making atleast 50 connected outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
2. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
3. Following up on leads generated through various marketing channels to schedule appointments for our sales team
4. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and updating our CRM system with relevant information
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise strategies for improving customer engagement
6. Participating in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and product knowledge
7. Contributing ideas for process improvements and actively participating in team meetings to drive results.
