About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Proxima Classes, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our Sales team to drive revenue and expand our customer base. Your role will involve making calls to potential customers, providing information about our classes, and persuading them to sign up.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
2. Following up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
4. Updating customer information in the database accurately and efficiently.
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
6. Collaborating with the Sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
7. Staying updated on our class offerings and promotions to effectively pitch to customers.
