About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at OyeBeauty, you will have the opportunity to showcase your Hindi and English proficiency while assisting in reaching out to potential customers. Your role will involve making calls to promote our beauty products and services, as well as handling customer queries and concerns. Utilizing your MS-Excel skills, you will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases. Your key responsibilities include:1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in Excel spreadsheets.
4. Assisting in creating and implementing call scripts to ensure a consistent message is delivered.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and track customer feedback.
6. Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
