About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Mapstreak, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist in generating leads and communicating with potential customers through phone calls. Your role will involve utilizing your proficiency in MS-Excel to maintain accurate records and track progress.Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects and qualify leads for the sales team.
2. Update and manage customer databases using MS-Excel.
3. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
4. Assist in creating call scripts and templates for effective communication.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
6. Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve overall sales process.
7. Learn and adapt to new telecalling techniques and technologies to enhance performance.
