About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making outbound calls to potential leads and explaining the company’s products/services clearly.
2. Handling inbound inquiries and providing detailed information about the product offerings.
3. Maintaining records of daily calls and updating client responses in the CRM system.
4. Following up with interested leads and scheduling demo/meeting appointments.
5. Achieving daily/weekly call targets and conversion metrics.
6. Coordinating with the sales and support teams for seamless client onboarding.
7. Providing excellent customer service and handling basic client queries or ob
jections politely.
