About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to HR managers, admins, and decision-makers
2. Introduce HR Cosmo’s HR SaaS platform and its key benefits
3. Understand basic HR challenges faced by prospects
4. Qualify leads based on company size, HR needs, and readiness
5. Schedule product demos / meetings for the sales team
6. Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM
7. Follow up with interested prospects as per defined cadence
8. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
9. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
