About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Contact potential or existing customers to promote products/services, schedule appointments, or follow up on inquiries.
2. Identify and qualify leads by gathering customer information and assessing their interest or eligibility.
3. Record call outcomes, customer details, and interactions in a CRM system for tracking and reporting.
4. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic issues during calls.
5. Achieve daily or weekly call quotas and maintain performance metrics as set by the team or supervisor.
