About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Home Well Solutions Services Pvt. Ltd., you will have the exciting opportunity to leverage your Hindi and English proficiency to communicate effectively with customers. Your role will involve making cold calls to potential clients and promoting our services. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
2. Providing information about our products and services to potential customers
3. Maintaining a database of customer information using MS-Excel
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
5. Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled
6. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
