About the Internship
Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in telecalling and administration? Join the Kalantar Art Foundation as a telecalling intern! Utilize your proficiency in MS Excel and English and Hindi language skills to support our team in connecting with clients and managing important data. Your key responsibilities will include:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to share information about our foundation's initiatives and upcoming events.
2. Recording call information and maintaining accurate records in MS-Excel for future reference.
3. Responding to inbound calls and inquiries from clients and providing excellent customer service.
4. Assisting with scheduling appointments and follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve telecalling techniques and enhance interpersonal skills.
7. Contributing innovative ideas to improve the effectiveness of our telecalling strategies.
8. Making calls for fundraising for the non-profit initiatives.
