About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Lead Identification & Database Management
1. Research and collect potential client information through online sources, social media, and marketplace directories.
2. Maintain an organized lead database with accurate contact details, call notes, and status updates.
B. Client Outreach & Communication
1. Conduct telecalling to introduce Global Websters’ e-commerce onboarding and account management services.
2. Qualify leads based on interest and business potential, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
C. Reporting & Performance Tracking
1. Prepare and share daily call reports, lead updates, and conversion summaries with the management team.
2. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
