About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Vishwanath Gurukal, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your communication skills while supporting our team in reaching out to potential clients. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, English and Hindi spoken language, email management, and social media marketing will be invaluable in this role.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
2. Managing and updating client information in Excel spreadsheets for easy tracking and analysis.
3. Communicating with clients via email to follow up on inquiries and provide additional information.
4. Assisting in the implementation of social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
5. Collaborating with team members to ensure all client communication is consistent and professional.
6. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving telecalling scripts and strategies.
7. Assisting in other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team.
