About the Internship

1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and promote company products or services.

3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
5. Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
6. Demonstrating proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
