About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads.
2. Explain the features, benefits, and offers of company products/services clearly and effectively.
3. Handle customer queries and objections professionally to ensure successful conversions.
4. Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager.
6. Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
7. Maintain call quality standards and comply with the company’s sales process and scripts.
8. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, and market trends.
