About the Internship
As a Telecalling intern at Capital Compass, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our team in reaching out to potential clients. Your proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi will be crucial in effectively conveying our message. In addition, your knowledge of MS-Excel will help you in maintaining and organizing client data.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate interest.
2. Handle incoming calls from interested clients and provide them with necessary information.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up with clients via phone calls or emails to answer any queries or provide additional information.
5. Assist in creating and updating client databases with relevant information.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve your telecalling skills and knowledge of our services.
