About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Take outbound calls to registered webinar participants before the webinar to confirm attendance and explain the session value
2. Conduct follow-up calls after webinars to understand student requirements and interest levels
3. Pitch Unibridges’ counselling services clearly and professionally
4. Schedule counselling sessions with education advisors
5. Maintain accurate call records and lead status updates
6. Coordinate with the marketing and counselling team for smooth lead handover
7. Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
