About the Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated telefundraising intern to join our team and contribute to the success of our worthwhile cause. Our mission is to raise funds for education and other development projects in rural India. As a telefundraising intern, you will have the opportunity to play an important role in helping to shape the future of the Foundation.You will be responsible for executing direct telefundraising outreach to promote our cause and make appeals to potential donors. This is a great chance to gain real-world experience in development and fundraising.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate interest in our cause through tele-calling
2. Maintain daily call logs and records of donor outreach
3. Identify and build relationships with existing and potential donors
4. Participate in team meetings and training sessions
5. Follow up with donors to ensure gifts have been processed properly
6. Monitor and report on the progress of telefundraising efforts
