About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and curious technical recruiter intern to join our team and help us build a bench of top-tier tech talent. You’ll identify, attract, and engage high-quality developers across roles like full-stack, backend, DevOps, UI/UX, and more.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through multiple platforms
2. Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews
3. Maintain Airtable/Notion databases of active talent pool
4. Learn and understand different developer roles and tech stacks
5. Draft engaging outreach messages and job descriptions
6. Coordinate assessments and follow-ups with candidates
7. Update and manage weekly hiring reports
