About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
2. Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
3. Coordinate and manage the development team to achieve project goals.
4. Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project meetings.
7. Gather client requirements and share updates to the client.
8. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
9. Conduct technical interviews to onboard top talent.
10. Participate in coding when required to support the team.
11. Ensure code quality and best practices are upheld across projects.
12. Deploy and maintain software applications, ensuring seamless UAT processes.
