About the Internship
Key ResponsibilityYou’ll be responsible for migrating and organizing technical documents from GitHub repositories into our flagship in-house document management platform, ensuring accuracy, structure, and ease of access across multiple client organizations.
Description of Role
At Wind Pioneers, we are building tools and processes that streamline how information is managed, shared, and leveraged across projects. For this 1-month contract, we’re looking for someone detail-oriented and process-driven, who can help us transition our technical documentation into a structured system that supports our growing client base.
This role is not just about moving files—it’s about creating an organized, reliable knowledge base that strengthens the way we work and collaborate globally.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Download and migrate PDF and Excel files from multiple GitHub repositories.
2. Organize documents by client groups and project categories.
3. Create structured organization spaces within our in-house platform.
4. Upload and categorize documents, maintaining strict file-naming conventions.
5. Ensure metadata integrity and document accuracy during migration.
6. Set up separate client organizations and implement consistent folder structures.
7. Cross-reference migrated files against GitHub originals to verify completeness.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the migration process.
