About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Create and update product documentation such as help center articles, user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
2. Support product launch content, including feature announcements, new capability overviews, and user-facing update summaries.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather inputs and translate them into clear, concise, user-friendly content.
4. Review, reorganize, and maintain existing help content to improve structure, accuracy, and discoverability.
5. Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and tone across all product and launch documentation.
6. Participate in release cycles to ensure launch content is prepared and aligned with product timelines.
7. Identify documentation gaps and apply technical/UX writing best practices to improve clarity, boost self-service, and reduce support load.
8. Conduct competitive research and keep track of competitor messaging, positioning, and product release communication.
