About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

As an Influencer Talent Management – Intern at Kalakaaar, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of influencers and celebrities. You will assist in building relationships, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Working closely with the talent management team, you will gain hands-on experience in negotiations, deal closures, and campaign planning while supporting the growth of our talent roster.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, celebrities, and content creators.
2. Serve as a point of contact to coordinate requirements, availability, and schedules.
3. Support the team in managing influencer and celebrity campaigns from ideation to delivery.
4. Help in drafting proposals, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring timely execution.
5. Assist in identifying potential collaborations and partnership opportunities.
6. Help in preparing deals, contracts, and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
7. Work closely with influencers to understand their needs, providing assistance with content guidelines, brand collaborations, and campaign briefs.
8. Ensure seamless coordination between talent and internal teams for content approvals and deliverables.
9. Conduct research on trending influencers, celebrity activities, and content formats.
10. Support in competitor analysis and campaign performance tracking.
11. Learning & Team Collaboration:
12. Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and strategy discussions.
13. Be open to feedback and contribute ideas to improve processes and talent engagement.
14. (Prior experience or strong interest in influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, or entertainment management is preferred but not mandatory)
