Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage with candidates professionally over calls and emails.
2. Assess communication skills and overall fit for different roles.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment pipelines.
5. Work closely with founders and senior team members on live hiring projects.
6. Track recruitment performance metrics using Google Sheets/Excel.
