About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source candidates from multiple job portals and professional platforms.
2. Screen resumes to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.
3. Conduct initial screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
4. Coordinate and forward suitable profiles to the HR manager for further evaluation.
5. Manage and update candidate data in internal trackers or recruitment systems.
