About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Maintain and update candidate trackers regularly for transparency and progress tracking.
4. Support end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles.
5. Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.
6. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest.
7. Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding and documentation.
8. Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet monthly target of 10 closures.
9. Assist in organizing walk-in drives or bulk hiring initiatives.
10. Prepare daily and weekly reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
