About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
2. Source potential candidates through various job portals and online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), etc.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
4. Handhold them through the evaluation process, which includes tests and interviews and eventually help onboard them into the organization
5. Maintain and update candidate databases
6. Assist in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire)
7. Stretch beyond normal working hours to meet the end goal of hiring interns since candidates may not be available throughout the day
