About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals.
2. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ fit and interest.
3. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
