About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition intern to join our team at ArkaTalent Tech company. If you have a knack for resume screening, excellent spoken and written English skills, and proficiency in MS-Excel, this internship is perfect for you!Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate Sourcing - Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Job boards, etc.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for various roles
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and interest in the position
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and track progress in Excel
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives and projects
