About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.
3. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Following up with candidates for interview feedback and joining status.
5. Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and databases.
6. Posting job openings on job portals and career pages.
7. Drafting and sending interview call letters and emails.
8. Coordinating walk-ins and telephonic interviews.
9. Collecting and verifying candidate documents.
10. Supporting onboarding and joining formalities.
11. Maintaining offer letters and recruitment-related documentation.
12. Handling candidate queries professionally.
13. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
14. Coordinating with internal teams for manpower requirements.
15. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
