About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals.
2. Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
4. Support with maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
5. Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Support with maintaining and updating the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information.
