About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles as per role requirements.
3. Coordinating with candidates for interviews and following up on their status.
4. Supporting in scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
5. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Assisting the HR team in employer branding and campus hiring activities.
7. Helping with other HR & recruitment-related tasks as required.
