About the Internship
As an HR Intern - Recruitment & Sourcing, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with the HR team to source and recruit top talent for our organisation while honing your skills in effective communication, research, and analytics. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and contributing to our organisational development initiatives. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the recruitment process and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in HR.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential hires
3. Research industry best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition
4. Assist in analysing recruitment data and metrics to improve sourcing strategies
5. Manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent time management skills.
