About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
3. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
4. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker or ATS
5. Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives
6. Help with drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies
