About the Internship
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)Location: Noida, Sec-63 (Onsite)
Timings: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain candidate databases and reports
Support the TA team in daily recruitment activities
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment
Basic understanding of the hiring process is a plus
