About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :1. Conduct talent sourcing to identify and build a pool of potential talent that meets the defined requirements
2. Review profiles and portfolios to assess candidates' qualifications and experience
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate suitability and alignment using various channels, such as social media, job boards, professional networks, etc.
4. Respond to candidate/coach inquiries and address any concerns or issues they may have
5. Ensure a smooth experience throughout the onboarding process and establish and maintain positive relationships with potential pool
