About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work along with the senior researchers & consultants to deliver client assignments
2. Work on headhunting, market mapping, screening/profiling of candidates, name gathering, and team mapping as per the requirements of the clients
3. Research banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) or industries & infrastructure (I&I) continuously to support the business development & knowledge base of the organization
4. Map potential talent pool through desk research focused on specific assignments from clients
5. Work on conducting mapping exercises to capture the movements and happenings of domain industry segments and add to our market intelligence pool
6. Maintain and record a written correspondence of all candidate and client interfaces
7. Manage all other functions in candidate nurturance
