About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to identify and attract top talent for our dynamic organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we continue to build a strong and diverse team.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Manage candidate tracking and data entry in MS-Excel
5. Support with onboarding and orientation of new hires
6. Assist with organizing recruitment events and job fairs
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes
