About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
6. Providing support in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
