About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
2. Screen resumes to match qualifications and job requirements.
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Post job openings on various platforms and update listings regularly.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
6. Support in drafting job descriptions and internship listings.
7. Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and documentation.
8. Assist in conducting initial HR screening calls or emails.
9. Prepare candidate summaries and share shortlists with hiring teams.
10. Support the onboarding process by collecting required documents.
11. Draft offer letters, internship confirmations, and other HR documents.
12. Generate weekly/monthly reports on hiring status and open positions.
13. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
