About the Internship
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Value Jobs Consulting Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of recruitment and play a key role in finding top talent for our clients.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings of potential candidates.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems using MS-Excel.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
