About the Internship
As a talent acquisition intern at The Sleep Company, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our growing team. Your proficiency in MS-Excel and English, both spoken and written, will be crucial in successfully identifying and attracting qualified candidates. Your negotiation skills will also be put to the test as you collaborate with hiring managers to secure the best talent for our company.Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
3. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
4. Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
5. Utilize MS Excel to track candidate progress and analyze recruitment data
6. Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies
