As an essential member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in helping us attract top talent and build a strong workforce.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
2. Conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
3. Managing data entry and maintaining recruitment databases
4. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
5. Utilizing LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance our employer branding
6. Assisting in organizing job fairs and recruitment events
7. Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
