About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Review resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination & Communication:
3. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Communicate interview details, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations & Documentation:
5. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) by updating candidate statuses.
6. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics (pipeline progress, feedback).
7. Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
