About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Maintain and administer networks, servers, and system software
2. Troubleshoot system, software, hardware, and network issues (remote and onsite) 3. Work on live tickets using tools such as Kaseya, ConnectWise, and Autotask
4. Provide remote tech support to international clients
5. Manage Microsoft applications, antivirus, backups, disaster recovery, and security operations
6. Participate in system configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and optimization
7. Understand and adhere to SLA-based ticket resolution processes
