About the Internship
As the TPC business operations intern, you will act like the mini-CEO for the TPC product line on the Bosone app.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Product & catalog management:
1. Understand the full range of TPC products (cups, containers, lids, etc.)
2. Upload and update product listings, specs, pricing, and availability
3. Maintain clean, optimized catalogs for buyer discovery
B. Customer Engagement & Support:
1. Respond to customer queries via app, calls, or WhatsApp
2. Help resolve issues around orders, payments, or deliveries
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
C. Team coordination:
1. Manage or coordinate with interns across customer service, inventory, and marketing
2. Create checklists and SOPs to streamline recurring processes
D. Supply chain & inventory:
1. Work with the warehouse, vendors, and the dispatch team to track stock and shipments
2. Ensure timely availability of fast-moving SKUs
E. Growth & social media:
1. Oversee posts, promotions, and campaigns related to TPC products on our Instagram
2. Collaborate with the design and content teams for product storytelling
