About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Shipping & fulfilment:
1. Process daily orders on Shiprocket
2. Generate shipping labels, manifests, and schedule pickups
3. Ensure orders are shipped same day/next day
4. Track pickups and resolve shipping delays
B. Courier & delivery coordination:
1. Monitor delivery status and flag stuck shipments
2. Support NDR resolution and courier follow-ups
C. Operations hygiene:
1. Maintain clean order status updates
2. Update shipping-related tasks in Click Up/Sheets
3. Share daily shipping updates with the operations lead
Note: This role is execution-heavy and repetitive at times, but it gives real business exposure and a strong foundation in D2C operations.
