Alt Text (Alternative Text) is a concise, descriptive explanation of an image, used to improve digital accessibility for visually impaired users. As an Alt Text Writer, you will describe Chemistry-related diagrams, molecular structures, reaction mechanisms, lab setups, graphs, and more in clear and accessible English.
Subject focus: Chemistry
We are currently hiring specifically for chemistry, including:
1. Organic and inorganic structures
2. Periodic trends and properties
3. Reaction mechanisms
4. Laboratory equipment and experimental setups
5. Chemical equations and graphical data
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Write accurate and accessible Alt Text descriptions for chemistry visuals used in educational content
2. Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness
3. Meet daily productivity and quality standards
4. Collaborate with editors and team leads; implement feedback effectively
