About the Internship
Strictly only apply if you are planning to study abroad in January 2025 Intake.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Operations & Coordination
1. Help schedule and manage student counselling sessions.
2. Maintain databases of leads, applicants, and student documentation.
3. Support coordination between marketing, admissions, and student success teams.
B. Documentation & Support
1. Assist in preparing SOPs, LOIs, application checklists, and CVs for students.
2. Follow up with students for pending documents or updates.
3. Help in organizing student data in CRM systems like Notion, HubSpot, or Zoho.
C. Communication Management
1. Draft emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up texts for leads and applicants.
2. Help manage internal WhatsApp groups or Slack channels.
D. Admin & HR Support
1. Assist in onboarding new interns or staff.
2. Maintain meeting minutes, attendance, and intern progress reports.
3. Coordinate with HR for assigning tasks, resolving queries.
E. Event & Campaign Support
1. Support planning of webinars, info sessions, and education fairs.
2. Prepare invite lists, follow-up messages, and post-event reports.
3. Help the marketing team with outreach logistics and data entry.
