About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reach out to potential students via phone to provide detailed information about NST programs.
2. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure conversions through personalized guidance.
3. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share insights with the counsellor or admissions team.
4. Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications and lead statuses in CRM tools.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
6. Address student queries professionally, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
7. Support in scripting FAQs, call templates, and communication workflows.
8. Track and report daily and weekly calling metrics.
